A LEADERSHIP
ROLE IN GOLF

The PGA of America’s commitment to achieving greater diversity in participation in the game and business of golf is a component of the Association’s strategic and annual business plans. Scholarship programs introduce young people of color to the golf profession, Play Golf America Days in minority communities and successful supplier diversity initiatives provide minority and women owned businesses access to the $76 billion golf industry. The PGA of America is proud to be a leader of diversity and inclusion in the golf industry through our workforce, supplier, member and player programs.

Our mission is to educate, inform and inspire our readers by providing content on business, employment and entrepreneurial opportunities including travel, golf trade programs, events and organizational development initiatives while we strive to grow the game and awareness of golf both as a sport and lifestyle among African Americans.
